Individual Therapy with Children and Youth
Our social workers create a warm and comfortable environment for children and youth to explore their strengths and interests and also their struggles and challenges. Through a compassionate, empathetic lens, social workers will engage young people in the therapeutic process and offer evidence-based interventions to help them meet their goals. Social workers support children and youth with a variety of struggles including: addictions and/or substance use, mood and anxiety, peer or social difficulties, school-based concerns (such as behaviour difficulties), trauma and PTSD and coping with and managing difficult emotions.
