About

Kathryn is an occupational therapist with a holistic, strengths-based approach, focused on celebrating children’s creativity, individuality, and curiosity. She values collaborating with families and creating engaging sessions. Approaching each child with genuinecuriosity and compassion, she strives to understand their unique strengths and challenges.

Kathryn has worked with adults and older adults in both hospital and community-basedsettings. She is excited to return to working with children, drawing on earlier experiences as a preschool program assistant and developmental aide. She brings aplayful, child-centered approach to help build skills, independence, and confidence. Hergoal is to nurture a supportive, encouraging environment where children can feel comfortable being themselves while working towards their goals. She is excited tocontribute to On The Ball’s vision of empowering all children to learn, grow, and reachtheir full potential.

Blue because I love the ocean!

Sea otters – they have such playful personalities and are so cute!

Who is your favourite movie character?

I love a strong, empowered Disney Princess! It’s hard to choose one but some of my favourites are Moana, Elsa, and Tiana.
